An increasing level of work or family commitments can make it extremely difficult to achieve the level of physical exercise or nutritional advice needed to sustain a healthy lifestyle. However, there is a way to ensure you receive expert advice for your health and lifestyle regime without driving to a location. Our bespoke Peak Performance Online Health Coaching is designed to reset your body, mind, and activity level to ensure you reach your Peak Performance.

 

We work remotely with our members anywhere in the world to produce bespoke exercise, nutrition, and total wellness plans. Our success with our Online Coaching programmes has been down to the detail and dedication we give to every one of our clients. We also work with you to achieve the correct mindset in order to overcome any 'self-defeating' behaviours which are standing in the way of you achieving your goals, ultimately keeping you on track in the future, and achieving continuous improvement.

 

How do we do this?

 

Your health & safety is of the utmost importance to us, so prior to our initial consultation, we will ask you to complete a confidential medical and activity questionnaire along with a dietary intake questionnaire.

 

At our initial consultation (through virtual video conferencing) we obtain an understanding of your health goals, identify the details behind your habits, previous exercise regimes, any restrictions which you feel may conflict with achieving your outcomes, and what your realistic timescales are. We also gain a thorough understanding of your current nutritional intake and discuss the information from your completed dietary intake questionnaire.

 

In partnership with you, we design your Peak Performance Bespoke Programme – a programme that you can take anywhere in the world with you. However, it doesn’t end there…..we will be with you throughout your new lifestyle journey.

 

Through….

 

Coaching Support & Progress Tracking – in partnership with you, we assess your progress, making any adjustments to the areas of your programme enabling you to progress further. This can be in the form of a telephone call or video conferencing (our preferred method of contact) and can be conducted on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
