TRAIN4PERFORMANCE RETREATS - terms and conditions

 

 

Booking Conditions

  • To reserve your place on a train4performance Retreat, email confirmation must be sent to iain@train4performance.com a minimum of 31 days prior to the requested dates of the train4performance Retreat.

  • The booking form will be emailed to you once a definite reservation is made.

  • If the booking is made more than 31 days from the specified event date, a deposit payment of 50% of the total investment must be made.

  • If the booking is made within 30 days of the specified event date then the full investment fee must be paid.

  • All payments are to be made in Euros.

  • Once a booking form is completed, it is implied the terms and conditions of the train4performance Retreat are accepted by the participant(s).

 

Investment Fee & Payment Terms

  • The balance of the Investment fee is payable in full no later than 31 days prior to arrival at the train4performance Retreat venue

  • In the event the balance is not paid, train4performance will have the discretion to treat the booking as cancelled by the participant and no refund will be due.

 

Cancellation By train4performance

  • train4performance reserves the right to cancel our train4performance Retreat programs due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control (i.e.governmental imposed restrictions, state of emergency etc.). If in the very rare case this happens, train4performance will make every effort to inform participants at least two weeks prior to cancellation. In this case, we will endeavour to place participants on the next available train4performance Retreat.

  • If participation in the next available train4performance Retreat is not possible an alternative date will be offered. If this date isn't suitable then a full refund of all payments will be made.

 

Participant Cancellation

  • If the participant wishes to cancel their place on the train4performance Retreat this must be done in writing and no later than 31 days prior to the event date.

  • Any cancellation made within 30 days of the event date will incur a charge of 50% of the total investment fee.

 

Law and Jurisdiction

 

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with SPANISH LAW, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the complete jurisdiction of the courts of SPAIN.
