What Does a Session Look Like?

A session would usually last around one hour (depending on your personal goals) and is either face-face or online using your home workout equipment. An initial 'discovery' meeting would take place to discuss your goals, current exercise activity level, any pre-existing/existing illnesses or restrictions, your current nutrition plan, and to of course......assess your current fitness level so we can design the right programme for you.
